Warren entered the recruitment arena in the early 90's, setting up and operating two profitable recruitment businesses, initially purely head-hunting and subsequently delivering results using the full spectrum of recruitment methodology.

Since 1998 he has been training, advising & coaching, working with over 600 recruitment clients from start-ups to some of the biggest players around both in mainstream recruitment and head-hunting.

Warren is the author of the highly acclaimed recruitment book "Recruitment in a Tough Market" (10% of the UK's staffing industry has at least one copy in their office).  His other books are "25 Ways and More to Grow your Business" and his latest "Don't Become a Frog!" launched in July 2007.
 
Warren is also an accomplished audio presenter, having written and presented the UK's best selling audio product on head-hunting, "How to Head-Hunt Anyone You Want To" and the staffing industry's first exclusive audio newsletter "Have I got a Candidate for You!"

As a trainer Warren presents open courses and in-house versions delivered throughout the UK & Europe on a regular basis including his renowned "Successful Head-Hunting" course.

Warren is a coach and mentor to numerous individuals and business owners requiring 'one on one' assistance, whether for business or personal coaching.  He's also a certified practitioner of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming).
